Instagram Growth / Personal

⚡️ It’s between you and the universe ⚡️

So we are all on the gram, right? Millions of people are posting pictures they like on a daily base. In the past, it used to be very personal and basic. You just shared whatever you liked and didn’t mind your feed, tones, comments or likes. Nowadays, the game changed. Almost everybody is trying to create a nice feed. Especially millennials.  We want amazing pictures, nice tones and a good looking feed. You have the deleters, that delete all their posts now and then and start from scratch. And you have the collectors, that keep all their posts from the past.

But what do we all have in common? We try to post nice pictures. We all try to receive some likes and comments. because it makes you feel good right? Getting appreciation. I am trying something more. I aim for some saves on my posts, big engagements, reposts and collaborations. But at the same time, I am only posting a nice picture? So why could anyone judge me? When I just do the same thing as everyone on Instagram. I think that is something a lot of bloggers, vloggers, Instagrammers and influencers can relate to. Jealous and self-centred people around you.

A lot of people don’t see anything that’s going on behind the scenes. They don’t see your post schedules, your hours and hours of editing, your tone control, your engagement, your dedication, the timing and all your hard work. It’s not as easy as it looks. When I just post something at the wrong time, with no hashtags, no accounts tagged and no engagement with my followers I will get low likes, no comments and no ranking on the discover page.

Next, to this, people messaging you where you bought your followers is hilarious. I can invest 300 euros now and have 100K followers by the end of the day. Do you think any brand would believe me? With 100K followers, 500 likes and 10 comments? It’s fake as hell. And brands now this. An organic account has 10% of their followers in likes, and 1% of their followers in comments. So with 10K, you would need 1000 likes and 100 comments. This ratio is known by all influence recruiters. So buying followers would not help you to be successful at all. It will only backfire. Fake it until you make it will never work. You will never catch up to this ratio if you buy followers.  I grew organically to 14K now, and I collaborate with some amazing brands and I am happy with that. It will take a long time before I hit 100K (or maybe never) but at least its real.

Don’t blame us for wanting something more, blame yourself for not trying✌

People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway.
If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway.
What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway.
The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway.
Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway.
Because in the end, it is between you and The Universe. It was never between you and them anyway.

Love this post. Sadly with Instagram ans social media in general it is an image and numbers game and the more people validate it and join the crowd the more others will do the same.
